Preserve the Human Rights and the dignity of the people we serve.
Provide direct care assistance for activities of daily living.
Develop skills such as self-care, communication, independence, safety, community inclusion.
General household tasks (cooking, cleaning, snow removal etc).
Perform assistance with personal care functions.
Develop and implement strategies to reach ISP goals.
Develop and implement behavior plans.
Write documentation, reports, attend meetings.
Dispense medication, maintain MAP certification.
Monitor vitals, therapy activities, medical appointments, hospital coverage.
Promote, drive and participate in community outings.
Provide on-the-job training for team members.
Serve as a liaison with team members.
Represent RTR in a professional manner.
Schedules include a mix of day/evening, overnight and a weekend shift.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
