Comprehensive training program that prepares you to sit for the RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification exam Oversight and support from several experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Ongoing training is provided on a weekly basis Full time staff are eligible for benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, long term disability insurance, and the ability to save towards retirement Generous vacation and personal time Competitive salary based on education and experience The right candidates will:
Enjoy working with children Have a Bachelor's Degree, candidates with high school diplomas and Associate's will be considered Have an interest in or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, human services, or a related field Experience working as a babysitter, nanny, paraprofessional, tutor, camp counselor, or coach Be able to submit a transcript If you do not meet these qualifications but the position interests you, please apply anyway! Your responsibilities as an ABA Behavior Technician:
Implementing acquisition and behavior programs Data collection Graphing Working collaboratively with other specialists (OT, SLP) and families The hours are Monday Friday within our Learning Center in Natick, MA.
We currently are looking for staff who have experience or a desire to work with our older students on vocational assignments.
